As the Mentor Masterclass is for one student to spend a full week with Mark Niemierko, whilst we do have a set schedule and programme, we change it each time dependant on the students’ current skills and experience. From re-arranging guest speakers, suppliers and venues involved. To best fit that students’ requirements.

The student also selects the dates, when their diary allows, to take the 5 full days out of their schedule. This is a fully bespoke, unrivalled learning event. A true one on one learning experience like no other.

In order to reveal his best secrets, Mark Niemierko is joined by a host of industry leading professionals. The Niemierko Academy pays a fee to experts that meet with its students; thus they then have a vested interest in sharing their knowledge.

Covering the process of planning, etiquette, budgeting, bridal fashion and beauty, Q&A sessions and a typical food and drinks tasting. The masterclass also covers how best to design a wedding through to a flower class, mood boards, production design, selecting tableware, furniture, lighting and entertainment.

The days are broken down into concise classes, between which lunch and the odd glass of champagne will be served.
