This wedding’s original date could not go ahead, it was planned for winter 2020 – and well you can guess the rest. Thus, we moved the wedding ahead of the scheduled date, and making that decision only the day prior. At Niemierko it takes a team to bring a couple’s wedding day to life, a team we like to call the Niemierko family. With less than 24 hours’ notice the sensational suppliers involved had pulled all the stops out to ensure it took place. From the dreamy Drapers’ Hall team and their Chef pulling all the planned menus ingredients together, to Gaya of Gaya Cakes having just a couple of hours sleep, as she baked like she was a contestant up against the clock on Bake Off. Our floral friend Tattie Rose rearranged plans so she could head to the flower market at 3am. To quote Mark Niemierko “I’m simply the conductor, this wedding happened in short due to the team of suppliers behind it, their can-do-attitudes and commitment to adapting at short notice, ensuring a Niemierko couple could get hitched, without a hitch!” The evening was held under magical candlelight, as pianist Danny Mills serenaded the guests, just in time for curfew.
