Wedding Academy Terms  and Conditions

Booking a place in the Academy
Academy space is limited to offer an intimate learning experience. Therefore to secure a space we require a deposit at the time of booking.

Two weeks prior to the commencement of the course the remaining balance payment is required in full.

Materials & Equipment
All materials and equipment required for the Academy will be provided unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits and payments are non-refundable except in the case that an event is cancelled by Niemierko Ltd.
Niemierko Ltd reserves the right to cancel or change the nature of a course at The Academy. If we have to cancel a segment, speaker or course we will give as much notice as possible.

If the date of the course is changed by Niemierko Ltd you will be given the option of a full refund or a space in the rescheduled course.
If a course is cancelled or rescheduled by Niemierko Ltd and you request the option of a full refund, please be advised that Niemierko Ltd takes no responsibility for travel or accommodation expenses you may have incurred.

If a student cancels or does not attend the course no refund or transfer of monies paid will be made. If a student cancels with fourteen (14) days or less notice prior to the commencement of the course, the final remaining balance of the course fee will be due to Niemierko Ltd.

In certain circumstances, and at the sole discretion of Niemierko Ltd, transfers to another Course date may be made.

In the event that you are unable to attend, you must notify Niemierko Ltd in advance if you will be sending someone to replace you, thus substituting your place in the course
